And on a personal note.... we have adopted a new puppy!!!! This gorgeous little thing was abandoned together with her sister on one of our busiest highways.... my wonderful neighbours rescued them and are keeping one... my son and I are taking the other one. Meet little Houdini, she will be moving in with us in a couple of weeks!!! :-)
There are so many places these dogs could have been left at, why the people who had them chose to leave them on a busy highway is beyond my comprehension!!! I am so grateful to my neighbours for finding them and for letting us have one. I'm sure she will be a wonderful addition to our family!!!

I am so glad that you had a soft place in your heart and have taken in the little orphan. She is so pretty. She's going to be a good friend to you, simply because she knows you rescued her.

ReplyDeleteshe won't have much chance to escape as I live on the 3rd floor :-) however that is why my neighbours named her houdini, because she kept on dissappearing :-)
yes very luck, some people are so irresponsible... they could have taken them to a shelter or vet rather than abandon them on a highway... we will enjoy her, thank you! :-)
Yes Carol she is so pretty and the sweetest personality... the other dog we have, kaya, was also abandoned... and she is the most loyal and loving dog I ever had... what can i say, I'm a sucker for rescued dogs! :-)
The earrings are great, Triz, but nothing beats this little rescue! And yes, rescue dogs are the very best :D *hugs* to you and gentle tickles to Houdini :D
